Changing your VoIP portal passwordUpdated a year ago

The following instructions show you how to change the password for your VoIP portal account, or for your Voicemail PIN (personal identification number).

Step 1: Navigate to the VoIP portal at  https://opticwise.5060sip.com. We suggest bookmarking this page.

Step 2: Click "Forgot Password"

Step 3: Enter your Login Name

Note: This is in the format of extension@domain

Step 4: Click "Send" button

The portal confirms "An email has been sent to the specified address."

The email is from "[email protected]"

Step 5: In the email inbox (of the account specified in your VoIP settings), follow the link provided or paste it into your browser to complete the password change.
