To set up the voicemail, please follow these steps, either from the physical phone itself, or on the mobile app.
Setup at the phone
Press MESSAGE button (envelope icon) on the phone (usually on the lower right of the phone face for desk phones and for cordless/DECT devices you may press the MESSAGE button or hold “1”).
When prompted for the PIN, enter 2580 and # or the PIN number you changed it to when setting up the portal settings (if the PIN is incorrect, please email [email protected] to have it reset).
You will be prompted to record your full name. You will only have one chance to record it so please be prepared. (It can be changed in the future but requires the Office Manager to initiate the change.)
You will be prompted to record your voicemail greeting.
At this point you will be in the Voicemail Box and can hang up or proceed to make other changes.
Once logged in, you may change your voicemail greeting, listen to voicemails, change your PIN and other features.
Setup on the mobile app
- Select the "Settings" tab
- Select "Greetings"
- Click the "Add" button
- Name your greeting (i.e. "Normal in-office greeting" or "Out of Office greeting"
- Press the microphone icon to begin recording your greeting.
- Speak your greeting.
- Press the stop icon.
- You can click the playback button if you 'd like to review your recording.
- Click to "Save" or "Redo" the recording.
